Take a purposeful pause right before the holidays as nature invites us to slow down, restore and prepare for the winter months. We will have the opportunity to move our bodies, rest deeply, eat nourishing food, connect with nature and community and decide how the rest of the year will look and feel for us.

Nestled in the Coastal Mountain Range, just 40 minutes from downtown Portland, Heaven and Earth Retreat Center is the perfect sanctuary to feel a hundred miles away from it all and unplug.

This is an All-Levels Hatha Yoga retreat that offers you the freedom to participate in what works for you and make it your own.

Saturday Evening Music During Yoga by the Lovely Stephanie Starnes. Stephanie weaves her mesmerizing voice with the rhythm of sound bowls and the harmonium.

Option for Personal Massage on Saturday.  Deepen your level of relaxation and treat yourself. (Payment for massage is separate and will be paid to Michael and Heidi directly)

Weather Permitting Option to Take a Saturday Afternoon Hike or Stroll on the Bank-Vernonia Trail.

Journals Will Be Provided.

~Freshly prepared, organic, nutrient-dense snacks & meals; gluten free, sugar free (other than honey that is harvested from the bees on the property); largely dairy free (occasional ghee or aged cheeses); largely grain free (all grains are soaked, nuts and seeds are soaked and dehydrated); meats are limited to wild caught salmon and pasture raised local chicken; eggs are fresh daily from happy chickens in the neighbors’ yard
~Food restrictions are accommodated (please notify of food restrictions at least 14 days prior to retreat)
