This week I ventured to the summit of Augspurger Mtn. to bring you the stats~ at least that was my intention.  If you are saying, “Where is that?” you are not alone. I am finding that 14 mile, 4000 ft. elevation gain hikes are not so popular 😊 but I happen to love them.  This mountain is in the Columbia River Gorge just west of Dog Mountain. When hiking that distance and terrain, wet, windy, cold and foggy can start to erode the attitude. Despite the challenges, we made it to the foggy summit with no views. Hence, I decided to bring you this week’s Portland Real Estate Update from the gorgeous forest floor further down the mountain.  Enjoy!
