YogaBug Operations Manager
Dynamic, Top-Producing Real Estate Team is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to join our growing and vibrant company.
Our team prides itself on holistically serving clients, and we need a detail-oriented team member with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline administrative procedures
- Develop and implement systems
- Manage databases and CRM systems
- Serve as liaise between team members, clients, and vendors
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Manage multiple social media platforms to promote YogaBug culture and listings
- Maintain a wellness-oriented mindset and encourage mindful practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in communication, organization, and time management
- Ability to create and implement systems
- Microsoft Office Literate
- Familiarity with multiple social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Real estate experience is highly desirable but not required
- A wellness-oriented mindset
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry
