This week I bring you the Portland Real Estate News from Ape Canyon at Mt. St. Helens. My friends and I summited Mt. St. Helens on July 1st of this year in driving sleet, rain and snow. There was no view except for the few steps ahead and behind us.

Today I look at a mountain with almost no snow on a clear day and it reminds me of the power of perspective. If I compare the market from the beginning of COVID to day, it is so different and yet the same market. Enjoy this week’s update from a beautiful place.
