My last newsletter ironically addressed “change.” Little did I know how swiftly and dramatically change would enter our lives in the coming weeks as our awareness of the COVID-19 pandemic heightened. In a time when social distancing is a necessity, may we find strength in relationship to both self and others. I would like to offer you both some pertinent information and heartfelt inspiration.
