For me, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about people, presence, and purpose. I believe in building a business that supports the full expression of who I am and encourages others to do the same. Whether I’m on a mountain trail, rolling out my yoga mat, or biking to a listing appointment, it’s all part of the same path.
One of my favorite moments from the interview was this quote:
“I do a spiritual exercise, I do a yoga practice. I hike a mountain every week, I bike to listing appointments. I don’t apologize for any of it, and I actually celebrate it.”
In an industry where burnout is far too common, I’ve intentionally created a way of working that honors my values—without compromising on excellence.
A Sustainable Alternative in Real Estate
Steve wrote:
“The key to longevity in real estate may not be found in working harder, but in creating authentic alignment between professional pursuits and personal passions.”
I couldn’t agree more. This alignment has not only sustained me for over two decades in real estate—it’s made the journey deeply fulfilling. As I shared:

Why It Matters
