Yocum Ridge is so remote. There aren’t any other alpine areas on Mt. Hood as far away from a trailhead.

18 miles – 3889 elevation gain

This hike starts at the Ramona Falls Trailhead. Once you pass the falls, you will see very few people for miles. When the Mt. Hood view opens up after all those miles it’s a powerful moment. That’s why it’s my favorite.
