this week and then getting attacked by that dog 
yesterday I really wanted to get out in nature 
and reset. Bruce looked at me like I was crazy when I left the house early this morning but that’s certainly not the first time I’ve gotten that look.

. It’s about a 7 mile hike with about a 2000 foot elevation gain. The views at the top are stunning. I’m so grateful to live in this beautiful place that is so inspiring and healing to me. This is one of our go to repeat hikes because it’s only an hour away from Portland and a relatively short hike for us.
