There is ALOT of limestone in Austin Texas! They build houses, pillars, walls and more out of limestone here.

It only seemed appropriate to bring you this week’s Portland Real Estate Update from this cool limestone cave we found on our hike outside of Dripping Springs TX today.

Interestingly, Bruce and I met at a stonecarving symposium carving Texas limestone 22 years ago.
