I am SO excited to FINALLY being offering my first yoga retreat.  I wanted it to be accessible and for all levels.  This week I toured Heaven and Earth Retreats in Banks, OR.  This place is absolutely perfect!!  The retreat is from Nov 15-17th and more details will be coming in the next week.  It will be a Hatha Yoga retreat.
