THIS RETREAT IS A LONG HELD DREAM OF OURS.
It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us for Living Yoga’s first Yoga retreat at Camp Colton.
Located just an hour outside of Portland, this gorgeous retreat center is situated among magnificent natural wilderness. Hiking trails and meandering creeks weave through the surrounding 80 acres of mature forest, and meticulously restored historic buildings offer stunning spaces to connect and practice yoga together.
Our hope is to build community around a shared dedication to making the healing practices of yoga accessible. All funds raised from this retreat will contribute to Living Yoga’s Yogathon fundraiser, supporting our 30+ free, weekly trauma-informed yoga classes.

INSTRUCTORS AND FACILITATORS
PAM BLAIR
Pam has been teaching yoga since 2008 and practicing since 1998. Her relationship to yoga is a never-ending evolvement which keeps her excited and committed. “I see yoga primarily as a powerful healing modality and asana as a vehicle for change.”
In 1999, Pam met her spiritual teacher and became a student of Surah Shabda Yoga. She completed her 200-hr. teacher training with Tiffany Cruikshank and has studied with many influential teachers throughout the country.
Pam’s teaching style embraces versatility and diversity. She weaves together multiple styles of movement practices to create an accessible, personal experience for her students.
“I encourage my students to explore their own universe through an attentive practice both on and off the mat. Teaching is always live wire for me and has changed me and my life in ways that I could not have imagined. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve through teaching yoga.”
When not on the mat, Pam enjoys cooking, sculpting, road trips, the outdoors and hanging out with her two dogs and husband. Pam is a licensed real estate broker who owns YogaBug Real Estate and specializes in serving Portland’s yoga community.
