It was an epic voyage to the summit of Mt. St. Helen’s to bring you the June 2023 Portland Real Estate Update!!!

This year marks my 5th summit of this majestic mountain. I love that every summit is different in so many ways depending upon our hiking companions, weather, how I feel that day and more. It is so much like real estate in that essentially the basics of a transaction are often similar but all the parties, circumstances and components make each experience unique.
