We are SO grateful for the rain!!!  It feels nourishing and hopefully is helping the fires in OR, WA and CA. As I had thought, it appears that fall is bringing a flood of new listings into the Portland Real Estate market.  This week there was a huge increase in homes. Enjoy the rain!
